This training is designed for students who are new to the manufacturing environment. Manufacturing Skills Development will provide a foundational understanding of the processes, approach and culture needed to run an effective and efficient operation.

Two day training will focus on how a project is a temporary endeavor designed to produce a unique product, service or result with a defined beginning and end undertaken to meet unique goals and objectives. (CEU Credits: 1.4)

Attendees will also learn how GD&T saves money over traditional tolerances and how to interpret each of the 14 symbols.

Lean Office Champion training offers a comprehensive hands-on approach to teach team leaders how to identify opportunities for improvement through reduction in TIME conducting transactional activities.

This 24-hour interactive course will equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed become effective leaders and supervisors. The participants will be acquainted with skills and tools to relate to subordinates, peers and their managers.

This course is designed for technical staff to attain Six Sigma Green Belt certification. The classroom overview of Six Sigma concepts is followed by a guided project through which the concepts and tools are applied.

Two day training is intended to give students an overview of the whole supply chain process. This encompasses the supply and demand sides of SCM, as both determine the best approaches to planning, sourcing, making, delivering and returning materials.

This one-day interactive course will help equip participants with the skills needed to read and interpret 2D prints (engineered drawings).
