Professional Experience
Kevin is a highly accomplished business leader with more than 10 years of military experience and more than 10 years in the manufacturing industry. He worked as the Continuous Improvement Manager for Embraer Executive Aircraft in Melbourne, Fla. and Continuous Improvement/Production Manager for DRS Training and Control Systems in Fort Walton Beach, Fla. In those roles, he was accountable for all Lean, Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints programs. Kevin established Quality Clinics, Lean Manufacturing Maturity Models and facilitated more than 200 Kaizen projects in the U.S., as well as internationally in Brazil.
Education
Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Commander, Naval Air Forces.
Professional Memberships / Certifications
In addition to his professional pursuits, Kevin is actively involved in his community and serves as the Executive Vice Chair on the board of the Grand Traverse Area Manufacturing Council. He is also a former board member of the Michigan Lean Consortium where he served three years as the Events Chair.
