Professional Experience
With a strong background in business advisory, Martina offers valuable insights and guidance to manufacturers across Northern Michigan. Before joining MMTC, she held several roles in the food manufacturing industry, including Process Support Specialist/Food Safety Quality Assurance Technician and Commercialization Supervisor. With over 10 years of experience, Martina has worked on new product implementations and led cross-functional project teams focused on auditing and enforcing industry standards such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), and Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls (HARPC). Her experience also spans customer service in the hospitality industry and process flow optimization.

Martina earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Northwood University, specializing in International Business Management, Hotel/Restaurant/Resort Management, and Business Management.
