Customer Support Team

Kat Wicker is an Management Assistant/Receptionist at The Center. In her role, Kat provides administrative support to both employees and guests at The Center. Kat brings with her more than 25 years of administrative experience including office management.

In the past, Kat worked as Office Manager at Capital Commercial Group, where she was responsible for maintaining the customer database, website information and all data for businesses listed for sale. Previously, Kat was a Customer Service Agent Supervisor at Delta Global Services where she assigned gate agent responsibilities and conducted daily gate agent briefings. Kat holds two degrees in Office Administration from DeAnza College and Southern Oregon College.
