TRIPLE K IRRIGATION: Way to Grow! New Website Brings Increased Traffic and Leads

Our website is a major source of Triple K’s lead generation and sales. Turning to the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center in order to enhance our customer’s digital experience was the best decision we could have made in order to offer exceptional service and grow sales.
-- Steve Kutzley, President-Triple K Irrigation

Triple K Irrigation ( is located in Morenci, MI. With six employees, Triple K Irrigation specializes in distributing products for agricultural, commercial, industrial, and residential use, as well as parts and supplies for Sports Turf Irrigation. They also handle many applications for chemicals, liquid fertilizer, municipal and livestock waste management needs. Their inventory ranges from the most common irrigation products such as PVC tubing and fittings to difficult to find items requiring custom steel or aluminum fabrication.

Facing the goal of growing sales, Triple K Irrigation knew their website was falling flat and in need of a fresh start. They decided to reach out to the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center (The Center) to discuss options to rebrand and enhance their website for a more user-friendly experience. In its condition, the website was not performing as effectively as management wanted, lacking key elements such as analytics, search engine optimization and engaging content and features.

To remedy these issues, Triple K Irrigation turned to The Center’s experts to strategically tackle and overcome the website’s challenges. First, the website was converted from their existing web platform to WordPress, allowing for more versatile design capabilities. To create a better experience for the user, The Center removed duplicate pricing and redundant copy from the website, improved navigation, incorporated mobile capability, and offered a more attractive, up-to-date design. Google Analytics was stressed in order to better track key metrics such as site traffic, demographics and bounce rate. Overall, these improvements made for a more modern and user-friendly website that would support the company’s growth.
