Challenge
STEWART Industries has been an active participant with MMTC over the years, turning to MMTC for assistance in five (5) main areas, including: Costing, Market Diversification, Lead Generation, Market Research and Website Development.
Erick Stewart, President, shared the STEWART journey during an MMTC Peer-to-Peer event, emphasizing how MMTC’s data- and metric-driven approach saved the company time and money to guide strategic decisions, including capital investments and best-fit markets for diversification. Since that time, STEWART turned to MMTC to update the company’s website with several goals in mind: Updating the company’s image, presenting the company’s capabilities from the viewer’s perspective as a wide-ranging solutions provider, and reflecting the company’s move into emerging industries. As the company developed and expanded the scope of its services, it needed new strategies and a website that supported these changes.
Solution
In collaboration with MMTC, STEWART Industries developed a new website and updated marketing strategies around a central theme. That theme reflects how STEWART addresses customer challenges head-on, which surfaced as MMTC guided the STEWART team through Value Statement Messaging development reflected in the website, email marketing, and sales processes. Also, the new website is more user-friendly and mobile responsive, making a very favorable impression among new potential customers. With a strong website to direct customers to, STEWART Industries saw a near 50% increase in new business leads.
