This course is designed for all levels within an organization that is in the automotive supply chain. This training is designed to teach organizational management the philosophy, process and management of Layered Process Audits, based on the AIAG publication: Layered Process Audits Guideline CQI-8.
At the end of this course, the participant should be able to:
- Understand what Layered Process Audits are
- Understand their role in the development, implementation, and review of a Layered Process Audit system
- Conduct a Layered Process Audit within the scope of their authority
