In this class, participants will:
- Complete an on-line training module and then a day of practice rounds
- Learn to use the six-step Active Learning Model
- Develop training with a three-phase teaching process
- Evaluate training to continually improve it by applying the four levels of evaluation
- Improve outcomes with use of feedback and modifying delivery and activities
