In this class, participants will:

  • Complete an on-line training module and then a day of practice rounds
  • Learn to use the six-step Active Learning Model
  • Develop training with a three-phase teaching process
  • Evaluate training to continually improve it by applying the four levels of evaluation
  • Improve outcomes with use of feedback and modifying delivery and activities
