Provide Frontline Leaders the tools to improve communication, engagement, and productivity of frontline workers. Leaders will become more competent and confident resulting in increased employee engagement, better productivity, higher employee satisfaction, and reduced turnover. Using our exclusive Active Learning Model (ALM), participants will learn through assessment, practice, application, and reflection. Each participant will complete a DISC assessment prior to the first class and a conflict mode assessment prior to the last session.
AT THE END OF THIS TRAINING, PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ABLE TO:
- Apply work styles to the role of a leader using the DISC personality assessment
- Listen and paraphrase to improve understanding and employee engagement
- Deliver effective feedback following useful guidelines
- Coach others using the Kata model
- Manage conflict appropriately by applying the Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode instrument
EACH TRAINING DAY INCORPORATES THE FOLLOWING:
- Pre work including online assessments and small practice assignments
- Live stream, interactive instruction of three hours
- In-class breakout group activities
