The Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center (The Center) is partnering with the Center for Automotive Diversity, Inclusion & Advancement (CADIA) to offer several courses to manufacturers focused on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). The classes will be held both in person and virtually and will begin in the first quarter of 2022.
CADIA is a mission-driven organization dedicated to providing DEI tools, networks, insights and practical advice to companies in the automotive industry. Working together, The Center and CADIA are now offering the following classes:
“Companies that work toward creating truly inclusive cultures will naturally experience more employee engagement and will be able pull from a greater talent pool of individuals motivated to work for an organization eager to harness the diversity of thought that this brings,” stated Jennifer Harding, Vice President, Business Development for CADIA.
