Steven Lopez is the Director of Manufacturing Solutions for MMTC-West, primarily serving small and mid-size manufacturers located in Allegan, Barry and Kent Counties. In his role, Steven works with manufacturers to provide benchmarking and assessment services, helping them to better understand their current state and potential improvement paths.
Steven brings over a decade of manufacturing leadership experience, including roles such as Quality Assurance Analyst, Production Supervisor, Production Manager, and Plant Manager. His expertise spans critical operational functions, including planning, scheduling, and leading Lean and Six Sigma projects. Known for his consultative approach and relationship-building skills, Steven connects manufacturers with the right resources and service providers to achieve long-term success and competitiveness.
