Leslie Bednarz joined MMTC in 2025 as the Business Solutions Manager, serving manufacturers in Oakland and Livingston counties. In this role, she provides expert guidance and hands-on support to help Michigan’s small and mid-sized manufacturers strengthen, scale, and optimize their operations.
Professional Experience
Leslie brings more than 20 years of experience in the automotive, mobility and clean energy industries. As a former management consultant, Leslie delivered strategy projects focused on areas such as revenue growth, new market entry, technology benchmarking, global re-sourcing, competitive benchmarking, and integrated cost reduction. During her time in industry, Leslie worked for Tier 1 automotive suppliers Johnson Controls, Inteva Products and Forvia (dba. Faurecia), holding roles in various areas including: engineering, finance, global supply chain and corporate strategy. Prior to joining MMTC, Leslie spent several years working with early-stage companies where she served as the Vice President of Strategy & Business Development.
Education
Leslie holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Michigan, an MBA from Wayne State and is a certified professional executive leadership coach.
