Business Advisor

Martina Scholl-High is a Business Advisor at The Center’s Northern Lower office. Drawing from her background in business administration and management, Martina provides expert guidance to manufacturers in northern Michigan.

Professional Experience
Martina previously served as Commercialization Process Coordinator/Supervisor at Sara Lee Frozen Bakery. In this role, Martina acted as liaison between Research & Development and the plant where she helped implement new products by working in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Previously, Martina held the position of Food Safety Quality Assurance Technician where she gained experience with auditing and implementing Good Manufacturing Practices, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), and Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls (HARPC). Along with Food Safety, she also gained experience in food manufacturing production and process flow.

Education
Martina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business Management, Hotel/Restaurant/Resort Management and Business Management from Northwood University.
