Prior to joining MMTC, Martina served as a Process Support Specialist/Food Safety Quality Assurance Technician and as a Commercialization Supervisor in Food Manufacturing. With more than 10 years of food industry experience, she has experience with new product implementation, working on cross-functional project teams auditing and implementing Good Manufacturing Practices, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), and Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls (HARPC), Hospitality (Customer Service), as well as process flow.

Martina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business Management, Hotel/Restaurant/Resort Management and Business Management from Northwood University.
