Challenge
With a commitment to growth, SwiftWall sought to increase qualified sales leads while maintaining its sales close rate, average opportunity value, and annual digital marketing budget. The company wanted to strengthen its marketing strategy through data-driven initiatives, improved brand visibility, and targeted outreach, which were all designed to generate a higher volume of quality inquiries. SwiftWall also wanted to build internal capability to sustain process improvements and marketing efficiency over time.
Solution
SwiftWall partnered with the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center (MMTC) to improve lead-generation processes. A key step included sending an employee to Six Sigma Black Belt Training to identify, measure, and optimize marketing and sales workflows. The company conducted a comprehensive review of its digital marketing strategy, including Google Ads, website performance, SEO, metadata, blogs, and Salesforce campaign integration. Updates were made to the website to improve user experience, streamline contact forms functionality, and optimize compatibility with Google and Microsoft Bing.
