Events Coordinator
For more than 20 years, Theresa Payne was the Administrator of First Impressions for the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center, serving as the primary contact for all customer inquiries, greeting all customers and routing requests for service to the appropriate contact. As Event Coordinator, she processes event registrations, coordinates logistics for hosting attendees and handles production of marketing materials. In support of the Marketing department, Theresa manages many details to make day-to-day operations run smoothly for staff and clients alike. Before joining The Center, Theresa held several positions in retail, perfecting her customer service skills.
