  • The Champion is the person who is responsible for taking the lead throughout the project and training implementation. Because positive impacts, process improvement, and achieving results are our primary goals, it is extremely important that there is a hand-off between our instructor(s) and the sponsor/project Champion at your organization.
  • If you do not have a Champion already set up, please let us know so that we can make sure our instructor is aware prior to facilitating the training and/or application project.
