As President of MMTC, Ingrid is responsible for MMTC's statewide network of five offices, its innovation and growth strategies, and for building and maintaining relationships with Michigan’s industry clients, partners and state and federal governmental stakeholders.

John has led MMA since January 2020. In that time, his leadership has helped members navigate the challenges of the pandemic and fostered an environment for growth within the association and for the industry as a whole. His steadfast insights draw upon his experience with the State Budget Office, as a former legislator and a lawyer with a passion for Michigan manufacturing.

Bill is widely regarded as one of the most successful creators of talent development programs for manufacturing careers in the nation. As Executive Director of Workforce Solutions, Bill works to support the full spectrum of manufacturing talent throughout the state. In his 30 years of experience, Bill has developed engaging programs preparing students in the Jackson area and elsewhere from pre-K to STEM pathways, skills certifications and advanced degrees.
