ISO 9001:2015 Organizational Blended Learning

This training program is designed to teach your transition team members how to develop and implement the ISO 9001:2015 Requirements manual. Each participating company receives a complete Policy Manual template to assist them in getting started with transitioning their own Manual. The spacing of the training is designed to provide the participants time to work through the class instruction, case studies, and company-specific coursework assignments.

Training covers:

  • Developing a Transition Implementation Plan

  • Understanding the updated ISO 9001:2015 requirements

  • Developing procedures and identifying work instructions as applicable

  • Incorporate risk based thinking into operations such as SWOT (strategic) and contract review (tactical)

  • Submissions via portal checked for effective application (Quality Policy, Scorecard, etc. for progress monitoring)

  • Utilize online learning to support discussions/classroom/Skype sessions.

The Center's ISO 9001:2015 Organizational Transition classes significantly reduce the amount of time your team is away from the office. The convenient blended learning format is laid out over a seven-week period and includes four instructor-led sessions: two face-to-face and two sessions via Skype. In between sessions, participants will complete online learning modules, assignments, quizzes and web portal submissions. An instructor will be available via email for assistance.
