AT THE END OF THIS TRAINING, PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ABLE TO:
- Use an A3 problem solving tool to guide the problem-solving process
- Develop a succinct and effective problem statement
- Collect background information, assess the current situation, develop goals and targets, and conduct a root cause analysis
- Develop and evaluate countermeasures to address the root cause
- Develop an implementation plan that includes a check and adjust cycle for countermeasures
