Harassment and Discrimination Awareness (PDCs: 4)


Employers recognize effective harassment training to be an important part of creating a safe workplace for all. Many organizations are experiencing a rise in workplace harassment complaints and realizing strong training, regardless of being legally required, is necessary to address potential risks. In this course, participants will

  • Gain full awareness about state and federal harassment and discrimination laws and policies in the workplace
  • Develop an increased perception and prevention of any harassment and/or discrimination activity
  • Understand the responsibilities and expectations of managers facing harassment and discrimination situations in the workplace
