Stand beside and up for Women, People of Color, LGBTQ and other underrepresented groups. An ally is a person who actively promotes and aspires to advance the culture of inclusion through intentional, positive and conscious efforts that benefit people as a whole. Join this live, instructor-led online class to:

  • Identify and discuss ways in which individuals may be marginalized or overlooked 
  • Recognize when marginalization happens and its impact on the workplace
  • Develop strategies to seek out allies &/or to become an ally
  • Move toward playing an advocacy role in influencing those with power and influence 
  • Learn how to lift others up by advocating and to share growth opportunities with others

This online class is presented in partnership with the Center for Automotive Diversity, Inclusion & Advancement (CADIA).
