As Michigan’s food industry experiences unprecedented growth, food processors are needing assistance scaling production to efficiently meet increased demand. The Center’s Food Safety classes are designed to successfully assist food processors while they overcome many of the obstacles and bottlenecks facing today’s growing food industry. Preventive Controls qualified individual (pcqi)
