Katrina Glowzinski

Human Resources Manager

Katrina Glowzinski is the Human Resources Manager at the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center (The Center).  She has been with The Center for 21 years.  She is responsible for all aspects of HR for the organization, including recruitment, orientation, and benefits administration.

She is responsible for all aspects of staff performance, performance evaluations, and progressive discipline within the organization.  In 2012, Katrina was directly responsible for completing and submitting the International Accreditation for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) application for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and compliance to the standard.  She is responsible for evaluating delivery staff/trainers in the areas of instructional methods and course development.

Professional Experience

Katrina is a member of the leadership team that sets the strategic and organizational goals for The Center. In addition to the Human Resources duties, she also is the back-up person responsible for processing payroll on a semi-monthly basis.  Katrina has experience with several HR, payroll, benefits, performance and applicant tracking systems including PayDay, ADP, Bswift, BambooHR, Performance Pro and The Resumator.

Prior to joining The Center, Katrina worked as a HR consultant at HR Strategies and as a HR associate at Market Strategies.

Katrina holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelors of Arts in General Business Administration from Michigan State University
