Katrina Glowzinski
Human Resources Manager
Katrina Glowzinski is the Human Resources Manager at the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center (The Center). She has been with The Center for 26 years and is responsible for all areas of Human Resources for the organization, including recruitment, orientation, payroll processing and benefits administration. Additionally, Katrina manages staff performance and progressive discipline within the organization, as well as assesses trainers in the areas of instructional methods and course development. As a member of the leadership team, Katrina contributes to setting strategic and organizational goals for The Center.
Katrina has experience with several HR, payroll, benefits, performance, and applicant tracking systems including Proliant, ADP, GoCo, BambooHR, Performance Pro and JazzHR.
Education
Katrina holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelors of Arts in General Business Administration from Michigan State University.
