Job Description: Seeking Case Manager for mental health services to serve children.  Ideal candidate will serve as an advocate and liaison with community agencies and to identify and utilize resources for clients. Experience in mental health work and or social services preferred.  Work setting will include office, client’s home and community settings.

Job Requirements: Experience working or volunteering in behavioral health, criminal justice, or social services field is preferred but not required. Job Description: Responsibilities include; answering all incoming calls to the Center's main line, managing cell phone and pager distribution, problems and requests, updating the Center's phone directory, printing Center brochures; posting, sorting and distributing mail.
Job Requirements: Successful candidate must possess knowledge of general office procedures with customer service background preferred. Must work independently, have ability to exercise good judgment, handle confidential matters, and maintain professional attitude and appearance. Wrap-Around Coordinator, Monroe County
32 Hours Part-Time Eligible for Benefits

Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field is required   

Job Description: Monroe County wrap-around team seeks energetic, organized, self-motivated coordinator for its team. The coordinator will work to facilitate monthly oversight meetings and track outcome data. The coordinator will represent Monroe County clients in the community and accept and screen referrals.   They will also carry a caseload of clients.  This person will also help to manage the Wheels to Work program.

LIVE-IN HOUSE MONITOR

Responsibilities include: staff coverage during the overnight shift for group home, supervision and security of the group home residents during the overnight shift, able to establish rapport with other people, respond to crisis at any time during nightshift and have good judgment in working independently.  BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN
Part-Time Position  (15-30hrs./wk)

Education: High School Diploma/GED
Experience and/or training in a social service is preferred.

Job Description: Provides direct supportive services to program participants as assigned by supervisor. Monitor client activities, complete documentation and orient new participants to the facility and to program policies/rules.  Assure program maintains standards compliance.  Provide crisis intervention.  Planning Therapeutic Recreation for groups. Steering department philosophy toward purposeful interventions and therapies.  Work with and assist other clinical staff on special projects and duties, lead group activities with clients; communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and treatment team. Previous mental health/residential experience with favorable references is preferred.
